Return and Exchange Policy

You can request a product return within 7 days of the date of receipt, in the following cases:

Arrival of a product that does not match the description or is defective.

Return Policy

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

The order number or invoice number is required.

Send a photo explaining the reason for the return if needed.

Fees

The customer bears the shipping costs in case of return, unless there is an error on the part of the store.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.

We also offer an exchange service within 7 days of receipt, in case you wish to change the size, color or product.

Replacement conditions

The exact same return conditions.

The product is sent to our warehouse, and after inspection, a replacement is shipped.

Fees

Shipping fees are borne by the customer in cases of exchange.
